At Regency Garages, we strive to build our customers the best
quality custom garages. We offer a variety of sizes and
finishes. We can handle all aspects of your new garage project, from
planning, required permit application, teardown, concrete foundation
/ flooring, building and electrical work. The owner participates in
the building of each garage; this ensures that each customer gets
personal attention.
Here is a summary of the Regency Garages building process:
An experienced Regency Garage designer will come
to your home, listen to your needs, perform a site inspection
and give you a personal demonstration of materials and colors
you may choose from. Based on this discussion a quote is
generated.
Upon acceptance of the quote, a contract will
be written with the garage construction details.
Once the customer provides a Plat of Survey, Regency Garages
applies for all necessary permits from your local municipality.
If an existing garage needs to be torn down, a teardown date
is scheduled. On this date, weather permitting; a teardown is
performed which includes removal of existing garage and concrete
and proper disposal.
We then begin construction of your new Regency Garage. A
foundation is framed in compliance with local code and then
poured. Our skilled carpenters frame the structure, install
windows, doors and trim. Then, they complete the exterior of
your garage with weather resistant siding and roofing. Our
electricians give your new garage power.
Cleanup is the last step of the project. This team is
responsible for ensuring that any debris on the site is properly
discarded.
Regency Garages is family owned and operated business and we
put that family pride into every garage we build. We are
confident that you will find that “our customer service makes
the difference”. We are located in Addison, Illinois
and serve customers throughout Chicago and the Chicago
suburbs.
